To create a modern website with great UI/UX

To achieve the goal, I researched other counties websites to see what they were doing. About 3 quaters of them were outdated too. I created a website mockup using XD which completely transformed the layout and feel of the site.

A well deigned website

I got in touch with Lancashire and showed them my idea, unfortunatley the majority of the board voted no. They did not think a new website was that important. However a few of them got in touch with me after to say they love the idea and they will be in touch when Lancashire is ready for a new site.
